(Perhaps that is too harsh, since as Bill once averred, he only needed 30% of the educated vote to win down there.) Now after six years of unprecedented corruption, they must be surgically removed. As for Arkansas now: Bill and Hillary packed up their third world corruptocracy and took it to the big time. Their Dem replacement was sent to prison. Arkansas now has a Republican governor. So there has been great progress by their absence.
