Yes. In fact, I believe some of his VPs knew about the whole scheme. The flurries of so-called insider buying attest to that theory. I would think his partners should at least initiate litigation against him, alleging significant involvement by Worsley, over the course of at least 6 months, in a pattern of willful concealment of his devious scheme, materially important company business, to unlawfully manipulate the stock market, exploiting the good faith of his partners.
