How persistant can I be here? Do I have a case to force this through? My brokers have called the Toronto US Traders who use "purshing" MM to do the OTC trades. I've blasted them saying they need to follow up and make this trade happen. MM's can't sell under my limit buy order of 1.375 and they have done it twice - see details and the violating trades in bold. 10:30 EST, I place a limit order to buy 2000 shares at 1 3/8 (1.375). Here's the order of execution of trades (EST) ... 11:23:52, 1.375, 2K 11:32:49, 1.343, 2K 11:32:57, 1.406, 2K 12:10:05, 1.406, 1400 12:42:23, 1.343, 1K AGAIN My order still hasn't been filled!!!
