FTEL - those are some good questions...several point to why it got knocked down from the $7 range to below a buck...I have a few answers, and will get the rest next week...

"Why does this new management team imply a turnaround of the company?" It may be a new team (as in new positions) not sure will verify. Check their website and read the latest they have to say...here's the CFO ftel.com

"Are the convertibles gone?" not sure yet

"What is the chance of some other form of dilution cropping up in the next year or so?" - 50/50

"Why did they have to choose Tempest as a brand name?" - I dunno...Pontiac used it...but, they're outa biz huh...!:)

"Where is the intellectual property -- how are they protected?" - workin' on it

"why do you think these guys will the "the one"?" - gotta be room for more than one...but, from what I understand the 'sound' of their product is superior...trying to track down a demo line...

Oh...BTW you may want to get some 1/8 NUKE and stick it on a shelf...it should start moving soon
