I enjoy your posts, Eric, if for no other reason that it keeps the thread going in speculation about the future. And, considering how long (and how much)I've been holding this stock, speculating about the future has become a full-time job!

Here's a few questions for you:

1. I really don't know anything about AHS.com. These days anything with a ".com" attached immediately raises lots of interest in my investing mind, as I am sure it does with many others. Do we know anything about AHS.com or the people behind it? I think we touched on this issue earlier on the thread, but I haven't seen anybody really come up with anything.

2. You mentioned that "content" becomes the key factor in promoting and utilizing kiosks units as part of a bigger picture concerned with the internet. Can you elaborate? I remember Avalon had a home page with lots of medical and health related information, but the page never seemed to go anywhere. Exactly what type of "content" are you thinking of, and how might it connect to Avalon's existing work or to whatever it is that AHS.com does?

3. You also mentioned this notion of using kiosks as a "loss leader". This obviously implies that something else must be saleable at a profit via the kiosks. What exactly have you got in mind? In addition, it would seem to me that if you use kiosks as a loss leader you would have to minimize your costs of those units. Besides building a better, cheaper mousetrap more efficiently to cut costs, it seems to me that production volume is critical.

Building a large volume of kiosks in a highly efficient manner is absolutely critical to using them as a "loss leader". It is also a very expensive and capital intensive operation. Does Avalon or AHS have the resources to accomplish this type of large scale production?

Just a few thoughts as I react to your most recent posts. Hope you don't think my questions too basic, but had to focus on specifics at this time.

Thanks for your response. Still holding Avalon long (and lots of it I might add - hope I didn't make a mistake).

Interesting analysis Eric. I may pick some up at the first of the year after I get my fill of PCTR.
