Franz, I agree with your analysis.

As long as the stock is holding to its Moving Average and the Moving Average is going in a Northeasterly direction, there is IMHO more risk in being out of the stock than being in the stock. The key is the market and the pending announcement. Let's hope for a great 1999!

Had an order in all afternoon to buy 2K more at 10 1/16, but they just wouldn't bring the price to me. Oh well, tomorrow is another day.
