24 trading - INDIVIDUALS: you can do this thru one broker that I am aware of - great for arbitrage opportunities ! You do have to get them on the phone tho since not totally set up to pick your exchange. You pay in the local currency of the market buying in and sell in the currency of the second market. You take currency risk in doing this. I was just on the phone and may be doing this more as try to reduce the cost and risk of doing the trades. Trial testing it for tomorrow.
