I agree with you Ken. At this moment, there doesn't seem to be any real competitor outside of Seachange and CCUR. No other companies have been chosen for VOD demo's or alliances or tests other than these two companies (not including Diva or Intertainer because they don't sell servers). The fact that Corky estimates that CCUR will have a 15 to 20 percent market share says that he expects that others will get business. The problem for us is that we only see one other company that by virtue of selections, looks to be a competitor. In fact, they have matched CCUR deal for deal until recently. To the best of my knowledge, Intertainer is not using SEAC.

Either we get a much bigger market share over the next few years than Corkey is expecting/predicting or some real competitors with viable, tested products better show up soon. The party has already started and it is not fashionable to be late to this party, especially if some people are right in saying it will take 6 months to a year to integrate a server for IVOD to make a system work (which I strongly disagree with, but none the less), then we have a huge competitive advantage. If it only takes months, then I think other competitors will one day show up, but will they offer a better and cheaper product to replace CCUR's experience and performance? Lots of people are saying good things about the CCUR server. Looking for great things in Q1 1999. Good Luck!
