Yes, I doubt there is much of any shares shorted besides the ones our Swiss friends "shorted against the box". I was trying to understand this situation a bit more by digging through old sec documents about the placement.

Will it have any effect at all when they cover (presumably with their own shares)? Do we know when they will get there hands on the shares so that they can use them to cover? I believe the shares were to be registered in 250,000 share increments or something. Does anyone have a good understanding of this situation? In looking back at this I still wonder what the #%$@#$ JMAR management was thinking. Did anybody ever get any word from the company about that fiasco?

Oh well, that is behind us now. Next time they need money maybe they will give us that spinoff they were talking about...
