I couldn't resist adding 2K more here at 2 5/8 today when I saw the MM post a reasonable spread for a change. I talked with a marketing guy with another firm in this industry and he was well aware of our process and the 20 city demonstration program. As we say in baseball, Three Rivers, Ohio is on-deck and Mobile, Ala is in the hole for our show. My source feels the lateral game is only a 3/4 billion dollar opportunity, not the billion dollars our boys have cited. Too bad.

One thing holding up wide scale lateral repair is the payment and responsibility conundrum. Homeowners may be technically responsible, yet financially unable. Some jurisdictions like St. Louis are seeing lateral leaks into the groundwater or storm drains as a public problem and are using benefit assessment districts and other taxing mechanisms to get the work done and paid for. An enlightened public policy, to be sure.

Our process impressed this industry guy in four areas: it avoids the problems of chemical grouts; it adheres to PVC and solves the lateral/mainline interface; it has soil stabilization and oil & gas application opportunities; and it has a strong patent position.

All bulletin board companies must become fully SEC reporting by mid-year to maintain their present trading status. One of these days we're bound to hear something from our management.

Hi Charles....

How about 6 months to get a response ?

Well, I still like this one Charles and yes , it's taken quite a long time to get it up and running but I think it's been worth the wait and with fewer than 6 million shares outstanding it won't take much to get this one cranking IMHO.( Insiders own quite a bit of Stock also which I like to see )

Seems like this little puppy has been dormant for quite a time huh ?
Well things are just about to " happen" with the Sewer company and I am hearing we are waiting for pending news with a new management team in place in Houston, TX.

They have finished the demonstration project in New Orleans and are scheduled for Mobile, Alabama very soon with Dade County, Florida next......
The Florida situation could be worth millions of $$$ since most of the broken lateral sewer lines affect the high water table in south Florida contaminating the ground water. The Federal Clean Water Act has mandated these sewer lines be repaired or some municipalities will be severely fined.

~~~ Stay tuned for the latest from the Sewer lines of America ~~~~
NOT an offer to buy or sell securities.......merely a venue to exchange interesting investment ideas.
