Ryan, I would classify Actrade as the "value play" of 1999. I have been long on this guy since May and believe strongly that the company is overcoming their "pariah" image. Yes, I have heard that there may be some institutional interest and new coverage coming for the stock. The Forbes article sure didn't hurt. Besides, the shorts in this situation have had their day, and made their money. Time for them to pick on some of the "internut" jokes. Although, what would happen if Actrade announces TADs & NICs via the Internet? (Just couldn't resist)
