Well, now, it seems you begin to rival your cohort Kimberly Lee in ignorance of securities and exchange law. There is absolutely nothing illegal about posting a Dow Jones story. Secondly, I based my statements on my view of Level II action. I was correct, and unfortunately NITE cooperated with SELZ and gapped BIKR down. It was an excellent speculation and it didn't work out. As I saw very few premarket buys I doubt highly that anyone here was hurt by my BIKR prediction. As for SKYM, I took my profits Monday morning, and posted that information. I never said I was investing in the company. If anyone warrants SEC attention it is you my friend. If anyone would be interested in the character and foresight of this absurd personage, please refer to the SI SKYM thread beginning Thursday, December 24. I think the facts are quite clear.
