Spots Didn't you say that the suspend option was what attracted you to the Aopen board in the first place? Why are you surprised? What did you say? I can't hear you thru this symphony of fans <g> more like a Steve Rieche concert.... This system suspend mode is not the suspend to disk feature I mentioned earlier which reopens your apps and screen setups exactly as they were when the computer is shut down. Suspend mode is part of a suite of power management features I didn't know about before. And there is a HDD suspend also that can be enabled. I'm just discovering this stuff now and don't know much more yet. Clarence
