I must say, theres the rub with T.A. << If the market agrees with your analysis of the future fundamentals for NSM, then the stock will move up and the chart will look good. >> In your example fundamentals moved the stock. TA chart looks good only later. TA chart didn't see it coming and so was indeed irrelevant. I believe the relevance of TA is only in that a herd of investors will follow it barring other news, results, and etc. Fundamentals always overshadow TA where large moves are to be predicted- IMHO
