I may be wrong, but I understood that CPQ bought Digital and as a pre-condition of the sale required digital to divest itself of its networking equipment business (Cabletron bought it). That said, why would CPQ now be looking to buy a networking company? Could be wrong, but that doesn't make any sense to me...IBM, well maybe...
