Funny thing is Fred that people on this thread were defending the sale. I guess they're portfolio managers from the new paradigm school that says it's Ok to do this.

Where I come from it's considered complete malarchy and in technology companies in particular, it is sacraligous to sell that much in one fell swoop. I'll be doubling down on this greased pig tomorrow.

Fred, I was able to profit from the recent run-up in the stock price. Keeping that aside, I too smell some thing fishy in the CEO trades. Who in the world would be charitable enough to sell options at (or for) $6-7 for a stock that is in the 30's. The irresponsible journalist herd on CNBS is calling it a great deal for the CEO. Oh really? Think about it - the two persons who took the other side of the trade apparently don't think so. What gives?

Re: SEC Investigation

I just received a private message copy of a letter someone is sending to the SEC. That should ensure an investigation. The letter presents a detailed summary of the CEO's misleading press release with "600% growth" and his CNBC "sustainable growth" comments.

FYI, Goldfinger, you also made the letter! It says you were hyping SKYM all day on the 29th, and then on the 30th you wrote that you sold on the 29th.
