Chips and Semi Equip: This "recovery" isn't apparent to most of the industry. Back-logs are continuing to shrink, every order (assuming you can even get a fab to admit they have money to spend, is a war...no one is happy or optimistic over the next few months...but everyone believes (probably "hope") the bottom has been reached...but it isn't turning up...don't see the reason for the optimism...the stocks may have hit the lows, but I think we get at least one more chance to buy them lower...
