I have no idea. I'm just sitting on the boat wondering if it has an engine and if it is about to leave the dock. I have some nice passengers here with me. They too are slightly "off center", but thats what makes it so great. Plus its getting real cold down here in the tropics. BRRRRRRRRRRRR.

I'm working from memory so this may be wrong, but I seem to remember the number of outstanding share was less then 10M a year ago or less, last I heard the outstanding shares was a little less then 20M (Sept 98). So who got those 10M shares and how? Are shares being used to fund day to day operations? I do not remember any significant purchases. " You are correct (actual #s may be slightly off). At the time when this came out it was thought that due to the pending acquisition of IDB HQ had issued more shares. There has never been a full accounting of what happened to them as well as others. We do know. 1. Outstanding shares increased significantly. 2. There was aprox 6 million shares beyond the 19 Million we knew about (simple math as there were 25 Million)so aprox 15 million shares that resulted in no M & A, and no information where they are. 3. The # of shares is now 50 Million and the justification was they needed shares to perform M & A. Thats all the info I have at this point,,, AMBTS,,, Barbara
