Dave,

Good thinking. However, with interent stocks, I have an interesting observation. Dumping depresses price to new lows - the demand increases which pushes the price up again. YHOO will weather the storm becoz of the impending split. Great timing. If the sell off is Jan 4th, then YHOO investors will wait till 12th - and by the time markets may have bounced back.

People will judge mutual funds by the returns they delivered not
what stocks they owned.
