Hi John,

I had a similar problem with my LJ4 and acrobat reader printing, so try this if you have Win95 or Win98. Not sure about other O/S.

Go START - SETTINGS - PRINTERS

Right Click on your printer and select PROPERTIES

Go to GRAPHICS tab

Set to use raster graphics and not vector graphics.

See if that helps.
