This is what many of the other investor's are saying about Imal. As a matter of fact, I deal with a very large brokerage firm, and my broker told me this stock is good for the long term and very possibly the short term with all of the FACTS! That I gave him. When I first mentioned it to him, he said I just started hearing things about this company because some other investor's was asking me about it. So if the big firms start recommending this stock lookout!

Meeting is this Thurs. in Calif
by: dhansel2609 (M/Salt Lake City) 1015 of 1027
I can't tell you the history of the announcements at their meetings but I think the excitement about this stock is not about their history, it is about their future. (History sucks!) The main agenda at this meeting is the vote to give First Data the additional shares at $7. While this will obviously pass because the insiders control most of the stock, that is a good thing.First Data and Imall are in a quiet period now and hopefully after the vote on Thurs they will unload with their plans for the future and maybe some estimates! Lets keep our fingers crossed. If there are any followers in Calif attending the meeting, would love an update, ASAP.First Data has been getting a lot of press this week and it looks like they are positioning themselves to offer their customers some value added services such as website constuction etc. I truly believe the market is waiting for comments from these two companies before they send it onward and upward.

Time To Shine For IMAL
by: asunchild (40/M/Ann Arbor, Michigan) 1020 of 1027
I agree with your post Dhansel, & I might go a step further. These meetings (with any company) are traditional Q & A sessions with shareholders and a layout of future plans. It's IMAL management's prime opportunity to give analysts, fund managers and shareholders a reason to follow & invest.

I'm watching CNBC again this morning and the roundtable discussion was on the price/valuations of internet firms. Kernan seems almost angry about the price of some stocks. I believe that's a real plus with IMAL. It's at only $18/share and it has so much going for it. I looking for a few good announcements, maybe a deal and a little help from FDC and we're off and running.
