The last press release is a good guide to what is going on. We are just missing the followup announcements confirming implementation of the plans. Those announcements are what we need for a higher share price.

It is entirely possible that NRAG decided not to waste good announcements in the holiday period, especially when tax loss selling is still with us.

After today that's history. Here's to a better 1999 for NRAG.
