Here is some info gathering from a trip to PrimeCo-land. I swapped my QCP-2700 for a new one after almost a year. The "SEND" button and the "6" button worked rarely. Manager said it was a problem with just a small number of phones, and they hadn't seen it in awhile. No hassles though--they just fired up a new one for me. Much more solid button feel on the new model. I also bought a QCP-1920. Since it was my second phone, I got a $50 rebate, plus a $25 credit for referring myself, and $25 for referring a friend. That means a free QCP-1920! The salesman had been there 6 months. In that time, he had sold 2 Sony phones and 2 Nokias. I asked his opinion--he said QCOM or Audiovox only. People bringing in the recalled Sony phone get a QCP-2700. The Nokia is a "dinosaur"(his words Tero), with a difficult interface. The little mouthpiece on the Sony is not so wonderful in real life. Thus, he sells only the QCOM or Audiovox phones, despite their lower price. Just some thoughts from the trenches I thought you folks might appreciate. In addition, he said the "Q" is a 50/50 shot for returning to PrimeCo's stable of phones.
