What are the "three that came from Supermicro". I'm assuming that one is a
pwr supply fan and another is a case fan, but the third....

Right...the 750a comes with ps fan sucking out + case fan above ps sucking out + bottom front fan blowing in. I had Jon install another case fan on the left side blowing blowing at the celeron which also has its own small fan and large heatsink. Thats a total of 5 fans.
