Just the very type of thing that has been going on with Canadian VSE cowboys for decades. Maybe the irony is, the US is finally catching up with Canada on something . I noticed the writer basically blamed outside US brokerage houses. As usual Americans blaming the rest of the world,I guess their s--- doesn't stink. Having lived in both countries , I say this only as a generalization.I don't mean to offend any particular person.
