My (unasked for) opinion is that if you all decide to take legal action, to not discuss things in a public forum. You should, IMO, have your discussions via PM's, or emails. Why let your adversaries know what you are planning etc etc? However since I am not a shareholder, I realize my voice shouldn't count as much (or maybe not at all) as people who own shares.
