Kevin here we go .... FWIW no one was or is asking for details , but that they made some security upgrade they have to disclose anyway 1st to put some trust into their future and the stock 2nd more they talk about an improvement in the security bigger the chance that they will not be attacked again -- people there my be thieves but not a suicidal thieves , to me this statement is somehow out of picture .... <<<4. I do not believe so.
