Gary, I have looked over Basil's activity and I have to say; Basil has to file a 144 to sell. There are none on record. The float number is from last month and Basil has built his position over more than a year so the float has only been reduced from that figure by whatever amount he has bought since 11/25. He normally buys about a million shares on the last trading day of every month and about another million in between. I'd say he has reduced the 39 mil figure by 2 mil at this point and possibly by 3 mil if he holds to form and picks up another ~mil tomorrow. Doug R
