Sean,

You must be wearing earplugs around that monster<vbg>

Get Motherboard Monitor 3.8 and check out how hot your machine is. I have 7 more fans in my Supermicro than you do. Big powerful computers are never silent. :(

BTW, is there a way to get a reading on the CPU temp. This program only wants to give me the motherboard (Abit BH6) temp.

Thanks,

NT doesn't have any support for suspend mode.

Doesn't the motherboard bios handle support for power management issues? All I know right now, but hope to know more soon, is that this bios is powering down my monitor when I enable what bios calls Power Button Overide.
Can you talk alittle bit, when you get some time, about the relationship between the NT OS and the BIOS in regards to power management. I'd like to understand how this hw/sw package interrelates.

Get Motherboard Monitor 3.8

Its going on my list... much abliged>
