cb, i like white star champagne - you can pick it up at costco. it is pretty good stuff, imho.

Coby, You shouldn't buy Cristal or Omegas, buy Kristal and Omegos. <G? I like champagne, but I agree that it is not the best wine around. I love red burgundy and zinfandel. I like Chardonnay, though I consider many of the California Chards every bit as good as the Burgundys. But white just isn't as complex as red. However, with red, you have to make all these food matches to bring out the best. For example, what wine goes best with beanie weenies? <G> MB
