Nocholas, except that if the stock goes up, the shorter still makes it 6% interest on no invested capital (since he has all his cash when he shorted the stock). In this case there is a small variant, until May of next year, the conversion is at $6 per share, and thus the stock might be manipulated to get there. If it does, that is when the bandits will get into action, IMHO. After May of next year, a bunch of things can happen. It seems that P-Comm is managing quite well in its "regular orders" but does nay one knows what is the situation with the "material order" ?
