Hi Elizabeth.
From the samples that I think you are talking about, they sifted out the chunkers and I do mean chunkers. The microdiamond analysis will be used mostly to determine the consistency of the ore at the various points of intersection. The value and significance of this whole prospect is in the MACRODIAMONDS and the results were reported.
I agree that it has taken a long time for the micro results but these results will only be of use for comparison to the microresults of the more recent and impending samples from this winter's drilling.
As far as value goes it will be in the quality, quantity and size of the macros.
Season's Greetings and Congradulations to all of those who have bought and held. Happy New Year!

That's what makes it exciting though. The part I like is that it seems as though where ever and whenever Winspear drills a hole they hit diamonds. Hopefully I won't be the clown for holding.

Cheers and Happy Lucrative New Year

Those 250 Kg samples have caused more questions and doubt and confusion and worry than you can believe. What happened as near as I can understand is that they took about 100 tons from each of two trenches. Those 100 ton samples were then processed and that's where the grade of 1.14 cts per ton came from It was also the origin of the 3 larger stones, which I'm sure you've seen tabulated. The rejects i.e. all the stuff that went though the small mesh that was used for screening then went into storage EXCEPT for the two 250 kg samples which were tagged for full analysis by caustic fusion which recovers All the micros so that a detailed size analysis can be done.

The purpose of this size distribution is so that it can be combined with the macro distribution already done on the two 100 ton samples, and then compared with all the other drill core samples to verify continuity of grade and size distribution from samples from all over the property. It's mostly an academic exercise in statistical analysis, but it can give the company a n excellent correlation and lots of useful extrapolation tools..

Hope that clarifies it for you

PS Bring on the clowns..........even some shorters if you know any.

Happy New year
