Hi Tiger. Your good questions are of general interest so I am posting
them on the thread.

1. What is the criteria for stks being added or deleted?
P&F 125 attempts to be the top quartile of the S&P500. All stocks are
trading above their BSL and have RS in a column of X's. Right now 197
stocks meet this criteria. 125 are in the portfolio and 72 are in
"standby". If a stock drops out of the portfolio, a "standby" stock
takes its place. The standby list is chronological in that the next
one on the list gets added to the 125 portfolio. An S&P500 stock that
gets added to the standby list goes on the bottom. An added criteria
for a "standby" stock to be added to the 125 portfolio is that it must
be on a P&F buy signal. DGN was just next in line.

2. Do you continue to add stks during a mkt correction?
Yes. BSL & RS are the only criteria. This is a very simple study that
I hope to build on in the future using sector and general market info.

3. Is adding/deleting solely based on RS / BRL?
Yes, plus a new stock must be on a buy signal. A sell signal does not
take a stock out of the 125 portfolio.

4. Has there ever been a study done as respects the AVERAGE:
a) length of time a stk stays on your list?
b) # of stks that fail to produce a positive return?
c) # of stks that make repeat visits (on, off, on list again)?
No but I have very good records for anyone that wants to analyze the
data in the future.

Take care, Dick
