49r, Are you sure the warrants have been called? When you say this " ain't good news " it sure sounds like it. If so these warrants will be called in way before their time, imo, like a fine wine. Disagree with your take on warrants. And more shares added to the float with a float that is miniscule is an advantage in attracting institutions and fund managers who stay away from small float comapnies no matter what their fundamentals are. As has been said before the additional shares added to the float ( aside from the warrant shares if they are indeed called ) are being used as employee stock option--read incentives. Another + in my book. L
