I see only one true sale. The others are outright purchases or transfers of ownership.

I just inquired about the float. The company wasn't entirely sure, but said it should be well under 10%. That would give us 1M or less. The current spread also indicates this.

Some new NSBD developments. Expect some announcements toward the end of this week and early next.

1) The audiohighway deal is doing well with a good response to the initial 300 hours that they sold. They are currently negotiating to sell more programing to them.

2) They have recently sold their programming to more radio stations with the offering being oversubscribed to. They have also lined up new radio talent.

3) The financials are currently going through the audit phase and should be done shortly.

4) The company is hiring additional people. They are well established within the industry. This adds significant credibility to this young upstart.

5) The company is working on a new acquisition. It should be announced shortly.

6) Expect more tie-ins with the Internet. They are working on adding Internet functionality to their kiosk business. It will be integrated with their travel division.

It looks better every day.

I will be buying more NSBD tomorrow, this stock is going places, IMHO. All financed for the new year and the internut connections. Looks like a winner to me. Plus, it's in Portland, so I can always go knock on their door and bitch if I have to :)
