I believe that the convertible holders started shorting as soon as the ink was dry on the agreement, then they will cover with their convertible shares after Feb. 28. I have learned not to get greedy with rotten-company shorts. This was a position trade from 8 1/2 with a target in the 5's. Tax-loss selling ends today and I don't want to lose my profits in a squeeze next week. That said, it's a terrible company which should eventually trade in the pennies. Good luck.
