If you have no ability or capacity to observe whether the company is doing the right or wrong thing from this time forward, due to your closed mind. Then you are doing no service to the very shareholders or future investors you say you are trying to PROTECT. It is obvious that throughout your long trying ordeal that has left you devastated, that you never called the company and are not up to par with the facts of what really takes place at the business. If you think that you have the right to bash this company for wrongdoing and issuing shares frivolously...........THEN TELL THIS THREAD JUST WHAT WERE THE SHARES USED FOR...........
