Read the article.
Confirms pretty much what I had envisioned and the extra numbers ie # shares, etc. good data.
After the deal maybe they can talk the shares up. They also need web presence. I tried a few search engines and couldn't find the web sites using the search. Web revenue depends on people visiting and buying.
