Now I am confused ... better check it out. I have no idea how much stock is held by the other directors, nor who the "insiders" are other than Don.

Perhaps, private placement offerings that issued unregistered stock that has typically a one year hold on it.

If that is the case I would think that would have to be disclosed in the footnotes. Even if it was the case earlier, the company hasn't done a private placement in over a year, whereby the shares would not still be restricted.

But still a good question. Give JJ a call. I'm sure he would have the answers.
