<<Lurker, unless you can provide facts demonstrating that EUTO has sold stock for the sole purpose of generating monies for day to day operations, maybe you should avoid this type of statements.>> EUTO specifically said that no new stock was issued to buy IVY. Unless they lied about that, then the only other thing the newly issued stock could be used for is for day-to-day operations.
