EDII's Form 10 is an excellent document for all shareholders to read. It shows clearly that EDII will have positive earnings for the fourth quarter and end the year with positive EPS. I like it and will continue to accumulate shares at these prices. 1999 should have positive EPS every quarter and we should see $1.00 a share during the year. I consider this an excellent investment at these prices. Share price will go up.
