Blackstar: Someone on this board knew that they went ahead and got the 400M authorized on Nov. 4, 1998, and it wasn't me. I know someone that lives in Florida researching this deceptor company, and it was his idea to check with Florida state after we founf out about the additional shares. I have been checking in other areas. Apparently, the SEC had nothing to do with these shares being authorized. Someone in a past post mentioned that the SEC authorized them and their is nothing you can do about, so just accept it. Foohey I say. Be careful out there. André
