I never shorted vtch my last look indicated a good short. PC sales is Brazil it is my impression will move along with the rest of the world despite the economic slow down. They want to control currency outflows so to the extent vtch can dress up as a local company and get protection for so called imports they may have some breading room but the cost of borrowing and imminent devaluation should give you a margin of safety. This is not based on any serious research but just my feeling based on what I see. Middle class and up are getting hooked to the net.
