The more you read the better it gets. It looks like CRC doesn't currently own the equipment it needs to compete in the market. but they can always issue more shares at 3 cents to buddies in order to raise capital. And how about the preferred shares they authorized but have no intention to use? This will be the other shoe. Most rights will transfer to preferred shares, and these shares will be unaffected by any reverse split. And common shareholders can only stand there watching like an "Elk" in the headlights. Where is old Kevin1 and top dog. I heard he changed his name to "currency". Wonder why? jmt
