Stocks on 8/27 will get Preferred shares.... everything purchased AFTER 6/1/98 and on or Before 9/1/1998 Gets Preferred.

If you had shares on 6/1/98 and 9/1/98 you get both P's and W's the rate may vary depending on how many shares you had on these days.
