Well,just moved 1/3 IRA funds into overseas mutual funds..IMO, we are going to see a whole new game when the Euro (Monday) comes into play.The US dollar will certainly weaken IMO,resulting in a shift from US bonds to European bonds.I wouldn't expect to see European markets follow the US markets as closely,they should begin to march to their own drummer,IMO..Also believe during this transition to the Euro,many markets are addressing Y2K and becomming compliant at the same time...should be interesting..DD PS: also noticed Hellen Brown,Janus Overseas fund manager, has shifted to 10% Asian exposure,,a very good move IMO for 99..
