I got fed up with their BS.

They refused to acknowledge some of their problems and gave me the run around when I requested a small adjustment to a bad trade...

Seeing its no longer worth my while to argue with them for a few dollars, I just gave up.

Haven't moved my money out yet, but haven't traded thru them in awhile. Planning to move the money out when I decide who to make most of my trades thru, unless they decide to finally co-operate...but I doubt that!!!

Notice the lack of complaints lately...I don't think the problems have gone away...just customers like me.

the so called classic servers

I also am amazed at the rapid pace of change for a category of web page that was created in express response to the customer hue and cry to stop dinking around with an interface that WORKED!

I can't even imagine what payoff they expect. Given that it is cheaper to keep a customer than it is to attract a new one, why would Datek allow idle tinkering on a proven, in-demand interface? With all significant changes going to Java-uber-alles, wouldn't they prefer to placate the customers demanding the old interface and not invest in unwanted interface volitility that serves mainly to alienate paying customers? Must we infer that no logic is being applied to the decision to dink with the "stable" interface? Is it an out-of-control tech weenie who continues to break the "classic" screens?

Got a check for $.09 from Datek last week reducing one

One to go.
