Humble lib.kg , All!!!

New Year's Day - Now is the accepted time to make your regular annual good resolutions. Next week you can begin paving hell with them as usual. Yesterday, everybody smoked his last cigar, took his last drink, and swore his last oath. Today, we are a pious and exemplary community. Thirty days from now, we shall have cast our reformation to the winds and gone to cutting our ancient shortcomings considerably shorter than ever. We shall also reflect pleasantly upon how we did the same old thing last year about this time. However, go in, community. New Year's is a harmless annual institution, of no particular use to anybody save as a scapegoat for promiscuous drunks, and friendly calls, and humbug resolutions, and we wish you to enjoy it with a looseness suited to the greatness of the occasion. --Twain.

See you all at the party in the FBNA clubhouse!

I remain humbly dreaming of partying like it's 1999, by the mail slot of the FBN mail room, virtually near the first arch of the Mala Strana side of Charles Bridge, where they serve great hot rum, gratis for me, yours truly, party animal,

Norma,

One last tip for next year, "MiddleWear!" No not TupperWear and not UnderWear, not even SoftWear, MiddleWear!!!! I know what you're thinking, "What does Tom know about fashion?" and you're right, I don't know anything about fashion. I just know a darn good idea when I see it. After reading a few threads about MiddleWear it finally dawned on me what the big deal was about. See, the world is full of fashioned challenged people like myself. I wakeup in the morning and throw on anything. I'm lucky when my socks are the same color. Who has time to worry whether my paisley shirt matches my poka-dot tie? BTW, I just learned that this kind of clothing is called "legacy" clothesware. So here's the deal, just slip this MiddleWear layer over top of your legacy clothing and presto, you're fashion coordinated. It's like the various pieces of clothing apparel are communicating with each other for the first time!

Dressed for success in 99

Happy New Year

Tom
