But obviously you haven't been keeping up. That's not exactly how the AZNT story's playing out. The stock's being kept afloat on extremly low volume. The court didn't order an end to all shorting, and certainly didn't mandate the return of the allegedly "stolen" shares.

It ain't over yet. Not by a longshot.

What the court actually said, is that it could care less about the shorting, and that AZNT was partially responsible for their own mess. (I have the court transcript)

The only "windfall" to the investors is that the stock is heavily manipulated by one MM who's propping it over a buck against others at half the price.

BTW, you have a cool SI handle!
