Through the Dem merit system, they were the best and most outrageous liars and thoroughly corrupt to boot.<< As I recall, the main complaint from both sides has been that Clinton keeps "stealing" Republican positions. I suppose if you're going to lift your political agenda from your opponents, it pays to steal from "the best".
